We’re right across the street from the Pacific Ocean, close to the Ocean Shores Convention Center and 60 miles due west of the capital city of Olympia.

Very nice place to stay for a beach vacation - home away from home. Nice room with great conveniences - table, chairs, microwave, refrigerator, and coffeepot.  Also, the Inn has a very nice deck.

I stayed there twice now, once in June and again in July. The first time we were there was AWESOME! The room was great and huge with its own kitchen and separate room. The game rooms stayed open all night and so does their pool. The hotel was awesome! It's the only hotel I'll stay in at Ocean Shores. Especially for their price of rooms and everything else they have there.

We were looking for a place that was reasonably priced and dog-friendly fora weekend escape and we were delighted with the Gitche Gumee Inn & Suites - it is an older facility that has been updated, and was very clean and overall just great. We paid for a standard room and were upgraded for free to a suite that included a gas fireplace and a kitchenette and separate bedroom. It's just across the street from all the "beach front" hotels - and of those all of those are still a distance from the ocean, so you are just as far ahead to stay here. The staff was all friendly.  We enjoyed playing air hockey and ping pong in the games room, and swimming in the pools (bit cold in JUne for the outdoor pool though!), and enjoyed the fresh waffles for breakfast. Our dog also enjoyed her stay here. We would definately go back for the excellent value of this place! :) AAA Discount too! :)
